Ghent 2025
Dear IAESTE friends, the best time of year is approaching again: Connect Conference season!
During a Connect Conference, the countries of our region (and other guests) gather to build relationships, learn from each other during the workshops, partake in social activities, and get a literal taste of the other countries at the International Evening. It is a once-a-year opportunity to expand your IAESTE network and to get inspired by the know-how of foreign committees in order to improve your own team.

Dates
CoCon 2025 takes place from Thursday March 27th through Sunday March 30th in Ghent, Belgium.
Location
We will be based out of the Ibis Budget Hotel Gent Dampoort:
Koopvaardijlaan 29, 9000 Gent
For the workshops and activities, we have arranged other venues throughout the city.
Please note that your trip from the airport to Ghent will be shorter and easier when you fly to Brussels Airport Zaventem instead of Brussels South Charleroi.
Fee
The participation fee is set at €250. It covers accommodation for three nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday), meals and activities. Check-out has to be before noon on Sunday. At registration, you will receive payment details. Timely payment ensures your place is reserved!
Policies and Trust Person
Participants are expected to be aware of and agree to the following policies:

The Trust Person is new since this edition. This person serves as a point of contact for anyone who feels they may be or may have been in an unsafe, uncomfortable or unwanted situation, or for anyone who has witnessed someone else in such a situation. When contacted, the Trust Person will keep your information confidential and take appropriate action, but always with your consent. Round 1 ran from November 25th until December 8th.
You can register for Round 2 from January 13th until January 23rd.
